The Alcatel Linkzone 2 is a rugged, easy to use hotspot designed to keep you connected on the go for up to 24 hours. The Alcatel Linkzone 2 connects up to 16 Wi-Fi devices simultaneously. The Linkzone 2 can also help to keep all of your devices charged while you are away from outlets.

Standard shipping is included on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply to customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. When will my order arrive? After eligibility review and order approval, your hotspot will be shipped using standard shipping (4-7 business days).

7-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hotspot purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer. For full details on our hotspot return policy, please read our Terms of Service.

Six-Month Hotspot Warranty

Our mobile hotspot devices come with a six-month warranty for any hardware defects. All warranty requests must be submitted within six months of shipping date. For full details on our hotspot hardware warranty, please read our Terms of Service.
